Dreaming In Dreamland
No one can ever say for sure what a dream means. Our minds do not group information nice and neatly into a bundle of easy to understand pictures when we sleep. Many things contribute to dreams: sleep, lack of sleep, stress, idleness, jobs, pets, love, hate, fear, anger, food, diet, medicine, experiences.
I’m not an expert on dreams, but I’ve done some research, and will talk about what I’ve learned and what I think. Hopefully, something I say will have a bit of meaning to you and your dreams. I’ll also talk about sleep and how to get the more restful sleep that could keep your dreams positive and pleasant.
